  • Refund decisions will be made at the sole discretion of Elite Trading Academy after reviewing the request.
  • Subscription-based services will auto-renew unless canceled 48 hours before the renewal date.

4. Course Licensing and Usage Rights

Course materials are for personal, non-commercial use. You may not copy, share, record, resell, or distribute content. Certificates issued are for individual recognition only.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users may not:
  • Use bots or automated tools to download content
  • Engage in harassment or offensive behavior in our community forums
  • Submit misleading information or attempt to defraud the system
  • Upload or spread viruses or malicious code

6. Mentorship Code of Ethics

  • System downtimes or access interruptions
  • Third-party service errors or data breaches
